Welcome back! Thank you for taking the time to stop by again.
I took home 1st Place in Masters Bikini at the 2012 GNC Festival City OPA in Stratford, Ontario on April 14. I am extremely pleased as it was my first time doing Bikini, but my coach Jason Pilon of JPFIT and I have been working hard to make the transition easy and it worked! I rocked it and my body came in as sharp as it ever has! Now, on to training for the Toronto Show Supershow June 1-3, 2012!!
I have started a series of online exercise/workout video demonstrations called POWER UP. These videos include some of my workouts and tips to my favorite exercises.
