Egg White Protein Pancakes
The perfect delicious power breakfast, filled with protein, healthy fats, and all kinds of goodness!
6 egg whites
1/2 scoop your favorite protein (I use Cygen Labs ISO 90 chocolate)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
– In a blender, mix the egg whites, protein powder, and cinnamon for approx a minute
– Pour liquidy batter into a lightly sprayed frying pan and let thoroughly cook on one side before flipping it over.
– Once it’s cooked on both side, remove from frying pan and spread the peanut butter onto it. Roll and cut in two then serve!
