Seeing as I am away this weekend, I decided to do a traveling edition of my “Family Fit in a Bit” workout. ————————————————
Coach Darren Mehling helped me design this one as he is also here at the summit.
I design these programs 📝 with busy moms in mind, but of course ANY one can do it! I will try to keep the moves simple, yet interesting and challenging all at the same time. I use minimal workout equipment in my workouts, and you can even include the kids (or pets lol!) in it if you wish.
Our workout today included:
✅10 Suitcase clean and presses
✅10 Hip Extension
✅10 Lunges (each leg) with hands overhead
✅10 Sit up and reach
You can challenge yourself by doing as many rounds as you can in an amount of time ⏱OR
Do workout about x 3, 4, or 5 times 3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣total depending on your fitness level, or amount of time you have
Either way, have fun with it!! Involve and challenge the family! Family competition is always fun! 👨👩👧👦👟🏆
