Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée 
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tablespoon nat peanut butter 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg 
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • 8-10 ice cubes (depends on consistency you like)

Directions:

Place all above ingredients into a blender and blend for approx one minute or until desired consistency. Pour into glass and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy!!
