I was away in San Diego this past weekend and I had the opportunity to check out the beautiful harbor front area. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to visit the the USS Midway Museum to tour the longest serving aircraft carrier of the 20th century, the CV-41 ⛴. So instead, I decided to design a navy inspired outdoor workout in front of it for you to enjoy, and try yourself!
I design most of my programs that I post 📝 with busy moms in mind, but of course ANY one can do it! I will try to keep the moves simple, yet interesting and challenging all at the same time. I use minimal workout equipment in my workouts, and you can even include the kids (or pets lol!) in it if you wish.
The workout included the following 6 exercises:
✅10 High Knee marches (10 each leg)
✅10 Tricep Dip with Leg Raise (10 each leg)
✅10 Flat to Froggers
✅10 Toe Taps (each leg)
✅10 Push up Roll Overs
✅10 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
You can challenge yourself by doing as many rounds as you can in an amount of time ⏱OR
Do workout about x 3, 4, or 5 times 3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣total depending on your fitness level, or amount of time you have. Either way, have fun with it!!
