My first Family Fit in a Bit family workout video series that I will be posting once a week.

Designed with busy moms in mind, but of course ANY one can do it! I will try to keep the moves simple, yet interesting and challenging all at the same time. I will try to use minimal workout equipment, and you can even include the kids (or pets lol!) in it if you wish.

Our workout today included:
✅10 Squat Jumps
✅10 Push-ups
✅10 Toe Taps (each foot)
✅10 Lunges (each leg)
✅10 sec. Running on the Spot

You can challenge yourself by doing as many rounds as you can in an amount of time OR

Do workout about x 3, 4, or 5 times total depending on your fitness level, or amount of time you have.

Either way, have fun with it!! Involve and challenge the family! Family competition is always fun!
