“After watching my mother start to work on her fitness and seeing her improvements week by week, I decided to give it a try to. In March of 2013, I started with Team Laus to try and lose a few pounds. No big change, just trying to get healthy. I started off slow, trying to find the time to balance working out, eating 6 times a day, and keeping up with school and work, but as the weeks went on I started noticing changes and so did everyone around me. With encouragement like that, I got more and more motivated to keep going. After 5 months of hard work I had finally hit my goal weight. 25 lbs lighter and gained muscle I never knew I could even have!
